Pattern description
Start out with the sparkle yarn and use crochet hook nr 4.
Work 5 chain stitches into a ring or start with a magic loop.

Row 1

Work 2 chainstitches (this is the first treble crochet)

Work 1 treble crochet into the ring

Work 1 chainstitch

*Treble together into 1 combined treble crochet

Work 1 chainstitch

Repeat from * 7x.

Hook a total of 9 combined treble crochets with 1 chainstitch in between, end the row with a single crochet in the 2nd chainstitch and cast off.

Row 2 (Change to Softmix and use hook nr. 5)

Attach a new yarn into the space between the combined treble crochets, around the chainstitch of the previous row.

Work 3 chainstitches (this is the first treble crochet)

Work 3 treble crochets into the next space, around the chainstitch of the previous row.

Work 3 treble crochets into each following space, around the chainstitch of the previous row.

You will end up with a total of 8 groups made of 3 treble crochets.

Work into the last space, (the opening that you started the row with) and next to the first 3 chainstitches; 4 double treble crochets.

End the row with a single crochet in the 3 chain stitches and cast off.

Weave in the loose ends and fix a string of yarn to the eggs, so you can hang them up.

It looks very pretty if you hang them up in a circular form, like I did with a ‘table clamp’. (LOOK HERE)

Wishing you lots of Easter decoration fun!
