Inspiration is everywhere… Even at the breakfast table!
A while ago, I posted this picture on instagram. People immediately make the connection with ‘fruity sprinkles’, Dutch fruithagel!
I love Tunisian crochet. It opens up so many possibilities.
I made a small swatch using a fun stitch pattern. The colours and the Tunisian stitch were a match made in heaven and I decided to make a blanket. I found this stitch too late to use it in my latest book. It would have been perfect for it… Because it is an ideal stitch for a baby blanket!
My new book Klein Haakgeluk will be published in August (see here) and has lots of lovely crochet projects ;)!
Just for you, the very simple description of the blanket. It is a great project to practice your Tunisian crochet.
Start by selecting three beautiful colours… and as I said at the beginning, colour inspiration can be found everywhere!
